Use of this website constitutes agreement to the following Terms and Conditions and Policies:

2. I agree to use the product(s) I purchase from EZGrinders.com in strict accordance with manufacturer instructions.
3. I understand that vaporizers are not approved medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure disease or illness. I agree to speak to a healthcare professional before placing an order if I am pregnant or nursing, have a health condition, or have questions regarding the general health effects of vaporizers.
4. I understand that EZGrinders.com makes no representations of any kind, express or implied, about the suitability of any product sold on our site for merchantability or any particular purpose.
5. I agree that I am responsible for compliance with my local laws and hereby declare that all items purchased will be used for lawful purposes. I am aware that laws vary by state and any illegal use of this device could possibly subject me to fines, penalties and/or imprisonment under local, state and/or federal law.
6. I agree that EZGrinders.com shall not be liable in contract, in tort (including negligence), or otherwise for damage or loss of other property, loss of use of property or equipment, claims of customers of buyer, or for any special indirect, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever. Under no circumstances shall EZGrinders.com's liability exceed the purchase price of the goods in respect of which damages are claimed.
7. I confirm that I have read and understand all EZGrinders.com policies, terms, and procedures listed therein, including but not limited to those related to billing, shipping, conditions of sale, and returns.
8. I understand that EZGrinders.com can decline my order for any reason at its sole discretion and without notice.
All charges to your credit or debit card are in US dollars.
Charges on your credit card will be billed discreetly as "EZVP6172972365". Please make note of this as to avoid any confusion regarding charges reflected on your debit or credit card statement.
If you have any questions regarding charges from our company please contact us at 617-297-2365 before contacting your bank and we will be sure to explain and or resolve any issues or misunderstandings to the best of our ability.
All packages are fully insured and traceable and are required to be signed for upon delivery. If you submit a chargeback with your credit card company for an order that you placed and received, we will aggressively dispute the charge and forward proof of delivery (in addition to a copy of our shipping and returns policies) to your card issuer. Be aware that some banks may charge you a fee for submitting a chargeback they determine is non-valid and are not likely to assist you if you have not first attempted to contact the merchant beforehand.
- EZGrinders.com is not responsible for lost packages that did not include correct contact and/or delivery address information at the time the order was placed.
- EZGrinders.com will not be held responsible for any packages that are un-delivered, lost, or stolen due to special requests or unsafe or unreasonable delivery circumstances.
- EZGrinders.com requires an adult signature on all deliveries unless otherwise requested prior to purchase.
- Due to circumstances beyond our control that may occur from time to time, EZGrinders.com cannot guarantee same-day shipping.
- It is your responsibility to immediately test your vaporizer upon arrival to assure it is in proper working condition!
You CAN Return:
Arrived Dead or Damaged
Most grinders are virtually indestructable and electronics such as vaporizers are inspected prior to shipment so more than 99.8% items we ship arrive in perfect working order. However if an item from your order ARRIVED IN NON-WORKING CONDITION or was damaged during shipment you MUST contact us by phone during normal business hours within 72 hours of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Any item returned without prior authorization by phone will be rejected and will not be eligible for a refund.
Once returned your product(s) will be inspected for abuse, deliberate damage, or anything inconsistent with a defective unit in 24 hours or less. If you purchased a vaporizer, the serial number will also be validated. Once your return is approved you will be given the option to receive a full refund or immediate replacement at your discretion. You will not be refunded until we have received and inspected the item you return and verified that it is defective.
If for any reason you are unable to retrieve your package from our shipper and it is returned to us, we are happy to send you a refund less shipping charges, or you may opt to have us re-deliver. If you choose to have your order redelivered, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Just Not Satisfied
EZGrinders.com is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you must contact us by telephone within 24 hours. If the item is unused a full refund or store credit will be issued minus what is costs us to have the product shipped back to our warehouse. Please note that used items cannot be returned, handled, or repaired and if possible must be returned to the manufacturer directly!
You CANNOT Return:
ANY vaporizer once used and/or after 72 hours of delivery for ANY reason!
You can only return a vaporizer to EZVapes.com if it is unused and has arrived in non-working order. Manufacturer warranties are included on almost every vaporizer we sell. If your vaporizer has broken within the warranty period (usually 1-2 years) it must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement and cannot be returned to us for a refund or exchange.
Incorrect shipping addresses
Packages with incorrect shipping addresses can usually be located and rerouted but in the unlikely event your package is lost because you provided the wrong shipping address to us you will not be eligible for a refund.
International vaporizer orders
There are no returns on international orders! Manufacturer warranties are included on almost every vaporizer we sell. If your vaporizer arrived defective or has broken within the warranty period (usually 1-2 years) and you are outside the US it must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement and cannot be returned to us for a refund or exchange. Again, all vaporizers are inspected prior to shipment so more than 99.8% items we ship arrive in perfect working order.
All glass products, parts, accessories, and components are non-returnable. If your glassware arrived broken you must notify us by phone during normal business hours within 24 hours of delivery. We do not ship glassware internationally at this time.
Demo/Open Box Units
All refurbished, demo, or open box units have been thoroughly tested and verified to be in working order, we do not accept returns on these items.
